Brazil actor playing Judas dies from accidental hanging

A Brazilian actor has died after accidentally hanging himself while playing Judas in an Easter Passion play.

Tiago Klimeck, 27, was enacting the suicide of Judas during the performance on Good Friday in the city of Itarare.

The actor was hanging for four minutes before fellow performers realised something was wrong.

Klimeck was taken to hospital suffering from cerebral hypoxia but died on Sunday.

The Passion play was being performed in Itarare, 345km (214 miles) west of Sao Paulo.

Klimeck was re-enacting the scene in which Judas commits suicide in repentance for his betrayal of Jesus Christ.

Police are investigating the apparatus that was meant to support Klimeck. It appears the knot may have been wrongly tied.

When the actors realised something was wrong, Klimeck was taken down and found to be unconscious.

The Santa Casa de Itapeva hospital has confirmed the death and a post-mortem examination will take place on Monday.

CIA agent alleged to have met Bin Laden in July

French report claims terrorist leader stayed in Dubai hospital

Two months before September 11 Osama bin Laden flew to Dubai for 10 days for treatment at the American hospital, where he was visited by the local CIA agent, according to the French newspaper Le Figaro.

The disclosures are known to come from French intelligence which is keen to reveal the ambiguous role of the CIA, and to restrain Washington from extending the war to Iraq and elsewhere.

Bin Laden is reported to have arrived in Dubai on July 4 from Quetta in Pakistan with his own personal doctor, nurse and four bodyguards, to be treated in the urology department. While there he was visited by several members of his family and Saudi personalities, and the CIA.

The CIA chief was seen in the lift, on his way to see Bin Laden, and later, it is alleged, boasted to friends about his contact. He was recalled to Washington soon afterwards.

Intelligence sources say that another CIA agent was also present; and that Bin Laden was also visited by Prince Turki al Faisal, then head of Saudi intelligence, who had long had links with the Taliban, and Bin Laden. Soon afterwards Turki resigned, and more recently he has publicly attacked him in an open letter: “You are a rotten seed, like the son of Noah”.

The American hospital in Dubai emphatically denied that Bin Laden was a patient there.

Washington last night also denied the story.

Private planes owned by rich princes in the Gulf fly frequently between Quetta and the Emirates, often on luxurious “hunting trips” in territories sympathetic to Bin Laden. Other sources confirm that these hunting trips have provided opportunities for Saudi contacts with the Taliban and terrorists, since they first began in 1994.

Bin Laden has often been reported to be in poor health. Some accounts claim that he is suffering from Hepatitis C, and can expect to live for only two more years.

According to Le Figaro, last year he ordered a mobile dialysis machine to be delivered to his base at Kandahar in Afghanistan.

Whether the allegations about the Dubai meeting are confirmed or not, the wider leaks from the French secret service throw a worrying light on the rivalries and lack of coordination between intelligence agencies, both within the US and between western allies.

A familiar complaint of French intelligence is that collaboration with the Americans has been essentially one-way, with them happy to receive information while giving little in return.

posted anything publicly. Some people have written to inquire if I’m O.K. The answer is, yes, I’m fine.

Though I sometimes have to wonder about the state of mind of some of my readers and listeners. One of my myriad, enthusiastic fans recently e-mailed me to say:

“Heard you on the radio. Your an idiot. Sent from my iPhone.”

In spite of his/her self-evident semiliterate handicap, it’s touching to know that s/he cared enough to write. There’s nothing quite like the warmth of human contact.

Another correspondent’s communication with me ended with these heart warming words:

“…you’ve got a bulls eye on your forehead so I’ll leave it at that.”

I had simply asked for verifiable proof that my correspondent was in fact a real, identifiable human. Instead, I got a sputtering, defensive response that offered zero proof and ended on that menacing note. Given the huge percentage of the population that is swilling cheap booze from the supermarket and popping fistfuls of pills from the corner drugstore, it’s a wonder that there’s anyone left who’s even lucid enough to compose a semi-coherent insult or threat.

As it is, the scenario that the shamanic plants in the Amazon rain forest have shown me for the upcoming future is playing out as recently displayed before my inner vision.

The USA is morphing into an Authoritarian Police State or Fascist Dictatorship at warp speed. The news cycle in recent weeks has been clogged with stories about the expanding use of surveillance drones in the skies of the USA. Here’s but one example of many such:

That’s easy enough to understand. The whole country is being turned into a giant, red-white-and-blue prison camp, with Orwellian, Big Brother Eyes In The Sky to electronically surveil and monitor your every burp and fart. Just think about that check you write to the IRS every year as your “Go Straight To Jail And Stay There Card.” Because that is exactly what it is. You are in a big jail called the USA.

For those of you who are professing Christans you don’t even have to ask who is in charge of the jail, because your jailers have openly self-identified. I won’t leave you in the lurch. The man you worship had this to say about them thousands of years ago:

“You serpents, you brood of vipers, how will you escape the sentence of hell?”(Christan Bible, Book of Matthew 23:33)

The TSA is running a national, in your face, VIPR program that is straight out of the Gestapo play book.

For anyone still “on the fence” about weather modification / manipulation :

Preface:

I believe a series of ground based stations , using a HAARP type technology (i.e. a ground based station that emits a HF frequency to induce an effect in the atmosphere or higher) .. is being used to produce a pulse of VHF or EHF..

This high frequency electromagnetic pulse is done to “heat” the atmosphere above each station …. possibly to create an “artificial ionospheric mirror = AIM” .. IN THE ATMOSPHERE, maybe to have some other yet unknown effect OTHER than weather modification, or these pulses could quite possibly be done for the sole purpose of engineering the weather.

The “goal” of these frequency flashes has not yet been determined.

The only thing observed so far :

1. Flashes into the high RF appear on RADAR — sometimes in the same geometric modulation patterns spoken about in HAARP research papers… they appear coordinated with other stations, and not all stations in the same area produce the flash.

2. SEVERAL times, too often to be a coincidence….we see severe weather (tornadoes , damaging winds, and hail) hit these frequency flash epicenters. This usually occurs within 48 hours of the high frequency being emitted from the ground based station (usually a ground based NEXRAD RADAR or similar).

I believe this heating, done from the ground based stations, is INDUCING or ACCENTING current coming systems, and the energy pulses may even DRAW the coming yet-unformed storm systems to each station emitting a strong flash pulse “Circle Sweep / HAARP ring”.

These “geometric modulations” [circle sweeps/haarp rings/sawtooth sweeps/scalar squares] are done to increase the amplitude of the waveform being emitted.

Whatever that waveform is.. its showing as a quick flash into the high RF.. and as the flash intensity increases .. so does its geometric modulation appearance on the screen — ultimately the higher and more frequent the flashes = the stronger and longer lasting the storm that comes to the flash.

The pie-shape of several “Circle sweeps/HAARP rings” is explained using the Fourier heat dissipation analysis. The square , rectangle, sawtooth, and circle sweeps are explained in the stanford VLF geometric modulation papers.

“By modulating the ambient current flowing in the ionosphere, e.g., the auroral electrojet, it is possible to generate extremely low frequency (ELF) and very low frequency (VLF) radiation. This ionospheric modification technique can provide such waves for probing both the Earth and the ionosphere- magnetosphere. The modification occurs in the lower D-region and can provide information about the ambient conditions in one of the least diagnosed regions of the ionosphere.

The electrojet is modulated by using a high frequency heater (a few MHZ) with the power modulated at the desired ELF/VLF frequency to heat the ionospheric electrons in the lower D-region. Figure 1a shows a sketch of the heater and heated region. The heated region is typically at 75 km (though this depends upon the carrier frequency) and can be 30 km in diameter and a few km thick. Viewed from above (see Figure 1b) the heated region is a roughly circular patch. The smoothness of the heated region depends upon the antenna radiation pattern as well as D-region conditions. The heating increases the electron-neutral collision rate which changes the conductivities. Since on ELF time scales the ambient electric field is constant, modulating the conductivity produces a current modulated at the same frequency. At these altitudes the conductivity change is predominantly in the Hall conductivity. If the ambient electric field, E, is in ±y direction, a time varying current perturbation is generated, j, in the ±x direction (Fig. 1b). The time varying current launches waves both up and down the Earth’s magnetic field. In the simulations shown here, we start with a time-varying current and study the downward propagating waves and how they couple into the Earth-ionospheric wave guide.

Animations

The animations show 5 different representations of the same simulation. The simulation uses a time-varying current perturbation (1 kHz) in the D-region at 75 km. The current is in the magnetic east-west direction. The Earth’s magnetic field is vertical. The simulation box is 1800 by 1800 by 120 km. Isosurfaces are shown for the absolute value of the horizontal magnetic field ABSB and of the vertical electric field ABSEZ. Also shown is the east-west magnetic field in the near-field BX1 and in the far-field BX2. Since the field amplitude falls off with distance, BX1 uses a order-of-magnitude larger isosurface value than BX2 to emphasize the field close to the site. The north- south magnetic field is shown in BY1 and BY2. These plots look slightly different from the absolute value plots where both the positive and negative surfaces were shown. Also BX and BY do have a different orientation of the their radiation patterns. The direction of the radiation is determined by the total horizontal field shown in ABSB and by the vertical electric field shown in ABSEZ. The radiation pattern in the earth-ionosphere waveguide is a combination of a linear dipole antenna and a right-hand circular antenna. At ELF frequencies because of low D-region absorption the dipole is dominant. The dipole radiates in the magnetic east-west direction.

Because 1 kHz is below cutoff the mode in the waveguide is a TEM mode. The mode consists of a horizontal B field perpendicular to the direction of propagation and a vertical electric field. With perfect conductors, the mode is uniform in the vertical direction. As the wave propagates in the waveguide, the top of the wave is approximately at the bottom of the ionosphere. Above the heated region, waves are also launched along the Earth’s magnetic field. In the near-field ( BX1 and BY1) one can see the pulse being radiated downward. It strikes the ground and reflects back up to the ionosphere. Part of the energy propagates up the field lines into the ionosphere. This is the bubble seen rising up. The D-region is highly collisional and damps this wave. Looking at BX2 and BY2 one can see that the energy mainly stays in the waveguide. If one looks closely at the top of the wave in the waveguide the wave appears to be curved. The waveguide mode is coupling into the bottom of the D-region and driving a whistler mode up the field lines. The whistlers have a much lower velocity than the waveguide mode and can only propagate along the field lines. This acts to curve the top of the waves. These waves help form the bubble that propagates up the field line. Because of this, the diameter of the bubble is much larger than the heated region.

Above the heated region in ABSEZ one can see a pair of coils revolving around each other. These are the currents that flow up and down the Earth’s magnetic field forming the current loops associated with the waves propagating up the field lines. Finally, EZ1 is a blow-up of the high-altitude portion of the vertical electric field for positive values of the electric field; the current loop is more clearly seen.”

Then in the afternoon and sometimes after 6:00 PM you will hear it on 17.110 and other frequencies as well. So we’re getting really blasted with this thing

Below is a screenshot: I cannot read the japanese.. but from the looks .. the volcano APPEARS to be Sakurajima.. in which case this would be an east or southeast facing camera I would think..

Steallarium isn’t really showing something that should be THIS bright.. through the clouds etc..

A new study shows 60% of parents are spying on their kids online

How much do you trust your children online? According to computer security company AVG, most parents go by the Ronald Reagan adage of “trust, but verify”: Approximately 61% of U.S. parents secretly spy on their children via Facebook.

The study of 4,400 parents shows that mothers and fathers in the U.S. are becoming increasingly aware of their childrens’ online presence. Approximately 72% of parents in the U.S. are “friends” with their teenagers, and six out of ten admit to spying on their kids without their knowledge. Pushing matters even further are the 44% of parents who admit to secretly accessing their teen’s account. Don’t feel too badly if you fall into the spying category, though. It turns out that parents do have good reason to worry— 21% of parents have found abusive or explicit messages on their teen’s social profile. Another 14% found similar abusive messages on their teen’s phone.

It turns out that if you wait until your children turn 13, you may be missing out on a large portion of their online social activity. A full 58% of children aged 10 to 13 are active on an online social network such as Facebook or Twitter. And more than half of children aged six to nine have a presence on an online social network for kids (such as Club Penguin or WebKinz), with 14% having an account on Facebook despite it being against site rules for them to do so.

State police probing Saints alleged wiretapping

NEW ORLEANS (AP) While state police and the FBI started a wiretapping probe into the Saints and general manager Mickey Loomis, assistant head coach Joe Vitt called allegations that Loomis’ had his Superdome booth wired so he could listen to opposing coaches ”ludicrous.”

”It’s absolutely ludicrous. It’s impossible,” Vitt said Tuesday. ”I’ve never heard of it before. That’s something from ‘Star Wars.’ When I first heard something about it being a wiretap, I thought they were talking about Sammy ”the Bull” Gravano or something. I didn’t even know what they were talking about.”

”… And then to associate Mickey with that? That’s irresponsible. It’s a shame.”

Vitt met with reporters for the first time since being appointed to serve in head coach Sean Payton’s place during Payton’s season-long suspension in connection with the NFL‘s bounty investigation of New Orleans. Vitt himself will have to serve a six-game suspension for his role in the cash-for-big hits system the Saints ran from 2009-11, and Loomis will be out for eight games.

The bounty probe is unrelated to the investigation a joint Louisiana state police and FBI task force opened after being made aware of anonymous allegations from an ESPN report that Loomis was able eavesdrop on opposing coaches’ radio communications from 2002 to 2004.

State police Col. Mike Edmonson confirmed the joint effort Tuesday after discussing the matter with Dave Welker, special agent in charge at the FBI’s New Orleans field office.

”I thought that was an excellent opportunity to share resources to see if federal or state wiretapping laws were in fact broken,” Edmonson said by phone from Baton Rouge. ”It’s important for the public to know these are allegations at this point. We will thoroughly, expeditiously, but fairly look into whether any laws have been broken. If they have, we’ll sit down with the district attorney in that area to determine how to proceed.”

Loomis and the Saints have called the allegations ”1000 percent false,” and have said they are reviewing legal recourse following the report by ESPN, which could not verify the system was used.

Vitt said he has worked with Loomis 17 years in the NFL, dating to their early days in the league together in Seattle, and that one of the reasons he joined the Saints in 2006 was because he understands Loomis’ core beliefs.

”Anybody that ever wants to question Mickey’s integrity on something like this. I mean, this is juvenile,” Vitt said. ”This is so bad, what’s been reported, and it’s irresponsible. It really is. … I just know it’s not true. I know what Mickey’s meant in my life and I know what he’s meant in the lives of a lot of people around this league and you can’t get anybody to find fault with Mickey Loomis. That’s just the truth.”

The alleged actions would violate NFL rules, if not state and federal laws.

Edmonson said he is aware that statutes of limitations – six years under state wiretapping laws – may hinder prosecution but added, ”Let’s find out if any laws have been broken first, and that’s what we’re doing right now. It’s up to us to find out facts and get with the district attorney, who will then decide” if the time to prosecute has passed.

The statute of limitations for federal wiretapping crimes is generally five years.

”Where these allegations take us, we’ll certainly go there,” Edmonson said. ”Out of fairness to the people involved, let’s find out if any of these allegations are factual.”

Under Louisiana law, the only law enforcement agency in Louisiana that can investigate wiretapping violations is the state police.

Loomis explained his use of an earpiece and described his game-day setup in the Superdome booth in an emailed statement on Monday afternoon. He said he has a monitor in his booth that provides the league-issued stats, a small TV with the network broadcast and an earpiece to listen to the local radio broadcast.

”To think I am sitting in there listening and actually … doing something with the offensive and defensive play calls of the opposing teams makes this story and the unnamed sources that provided the false information that much more less credible,” Loomis’ statement said. ”It just didn’t happen.”

Washington Redskins defensive coordinator Jim Haslett was the Saints’ head coach from 2000 through 2005. In a comment the Saints forwarded to the AP by email, Haslett denied knowledge of any system that would have allowed for eavesdropping on opponents.
